An ex-LTTE member was found living in a rock cave in the Batticaloa jungles!

The person who was found living in a rock cave in the Pattipalai Tandamalai jungle in Batticaloa was a member of the LTTE.

Naguleswaran, the spokesperson of the Democratic Militant Organisation, said today (10) that he was a former member of the organization.

Former LTTE members who formed the organization said that he had been living in that cave for more than four years and had been consuming a lot of forest fruits.

The spokesman of the party, who said that he was known by the nickname “David” during his time in the organization and that he worked in the intelligence unit of the Batticaloa province, said that he is currently suffering from an illness.

After he disappeared from home, his relatives searched for him, but when there was no news about him, they gave up the search.

Information about the man was disclosed by another person who went inside the jungle; thereafter, a team went there and admitted him to the hospital with the help of an ambulance.
