Afghans defeated – South Africa easily goes to the T20 finals

South Africa made an easy entry into the finals of the Twenty20 World Cup with an unbeaten run.
So far in the tournament, showing great fighting spirit, they entered the semi-finals and made the Afghan team helpless.

Afghanistan were bowled out for 56 runs. With 67 balls to spare, the South Africans ended the match with only one wicket to spare.

Afghanistan displayed a poor style of play that showed they were not fit for a semi-final. The South Africans showed to the world that they were a group of elite cricket professionals who came after a thorough study and executed the plans properly, showing that the finals would not be easy for the opponent.

This was the first semi-final of the 2024 Twenty20 World Cup. Afghanistan won the toss in the match held at the Brian Lara Stadium in Trinidad. They understood the ball.

The world saw the Afghans who held a fennel on their heads. The Afghan batsmen went to the stadium faster than they came to the field.

Rahmanullah Gurbaz 3 runs. Ibrahim Sadran 2 runs. Gulbadin Nabi is 09. Asmatullah Omarzai who scored 10 runs was the top scorer of the innings.

Mohammad Nabi did not score and the team’s highest score came as extras which were 13. Without those 13 runs, all 11 Afghan players had scored 43 runs. The entire team is out in 11.5 overs.

Every South African bowler has identified his target. Marco Jensen 03 wickets for 16 runs. Tabriz Shamsi is a great bowler. He bowled 11 balls (1.5 overs) and took 03 wickets for 06 runs. Enrich Notge bowled 3 overs and took 2 wickets for 7 runs. Kagiso Rabadi bowled 3 overs with a Nilakunu over and 2 wickets for 14 runs.

Only Quinton de Kock of the South African team who came to play the reply innings was dismissed for 5 runs. Fazal Haq Farooqui took the wicket. Reesa Hendrickis and skipper Aiden Markram completed the series in 8.5 overs with a ruthless onslaught.

Risa Hendricks 29 off 25 balls. Aiden Markram 23 off 21 balls. The whole match is 20 overs and 4 balls. The number of points scored in the match is 116 points.
The South Africans entered the final unbeaten.
