Air Link Sahasra Holdings Pvt. Ltd. was honoured as the Foreign Employment Recruitment Brand of the Year at the Asia Miracle Awards 2025. The award ceremony was held recently at the Taj Samudra Hotel in Colombo. Founded in 2005, Sahasra Holdings has grown into a leading name in foreign employment and education consultancy. It has helped thousands of Sri Lankans secure job opportunities and educational placements around the world. The company’s head office is located in Kandy, with branch offices in Galle and Dehiaththakandiya.

Sahasra’s wide range of services include foreign employment recruitment, overseas education consultancy, travel and ticketing, and online job listings. They arrange job placements in countries such as Israel, Romania, Jordan, Greece, UAE, Australia and Japan, and those in the Middle East. Its education consultancy arm supports students with university placements, admission counselling, and visa arrangements for studies abroad. The company also provides full travel and visa support services, including international ticketing and transit assistance. Its online job portal has become a key tool in linking job seekers with opportunities, currently featuring over 7,400 active listings. Sahasra reports a registered user base of more than 800,000 professionals and works with over 2,400 local and international employers.  Air Link Sahasra Holdings is fully licensed by the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE). This ensures that all of the company’s recruitment activities comply with national labour laws and regulations. In 2020, the company also received accreditation from Japan’s Organization for Technical Intern Training (OTIT), allowing it to recruit and train Sri Lankan workers for technical internship programmes in Japan. Sahasra has previously been recognised with many local and international awards including Excellence Awards in 2012 and 2018, and a Gold Award in 2022.
