American Plastics (Pvt) Ltd, a household name and national brand in Sri Lanka, has received a Merit Award at the National Industry Brand Excellence Awards 2024. Organized by the Industrial Development Board of the Ministry of Industries, the award ceremony was held recently in Colombo. Established in 2022, American Plastics a Premium Household products manufacturer, which maintains the highest Qulity standards, with high durable products at a very economical price. American Plastics has a wide variety of products range from, Bucket/ Bathroom/ Dustbin/ Rack/ Kitchen series with Jar containers used for safe food storage and BPA free Kids items and it’s new range of Furniture Items used by families around the country.
Quality is a key focus for the company. All products are made using 100% Virgin food grade material, from a series of Moulding Machines comprising of Injection, Blow and Parison, are presently being operated at its factories in Homagama and at Panaluwa in Artigala, located 30km from Colombo city. The Factories are certified with the highest available standards such as FSSC 22000/ISO 14001/HACCP and GMP. American Plastics also engages in various corporate social responsibility initiatives, sponsoring school events and supporting community projects in collaboration with local schools and organizations.
