The President’s Media Division released a statement confirming a meeting between President Ranil Wickremesinghe and leaders of the Sangha Sansandah for a Better Sri Lanka, alongside members of the Global Tamil Forum (GTF) yesterday (07).
During the meeting, the President was presented with the “Himalayan Manifesto,” which underlines the significance of accountability through lessons learned while advocating for a pluralistic Sri Lanka that prioritizes community welfare. The manifesto reflects the joint efforts of the Sangha Sansandah and the Global Tamil Forum to contribute to the betterment of the country.
