Former Parliamentarian Ranjan Ramanayake, who arrived at the Katunayake international airport last night to leave for USA was not allowed to leave the country as he is serving with a travel ban Department of Immigration and Emigration spokesman said.
He was to board in Qatar Airways aircraft at 8.15 last night to leave for the USA to participate in a concert.
