Two workers of Colombo Municipal Council (CMC) have died after falling into a gully while they were working on a sewerage line at Kotahena. According to the Police the incident has taken place afternoon today and have died up on they were admitted to the National Hospital.
Police said a person has fist fallen and this colleague too became a victim when he was trying to salvage him. The deceased aged 28 and 38 were identified as residents of Colombo 10 and Colombo 14.
