The Terrorist Investigation Division has informed the former Attorney General Mr. Dappula de Livera in writing that legal action will be taken if he fails to appear at the Terrorist Investigation Division next Monday (24) in relation to the investigation of the Easter Sunday attack.
Former Attorney General Dappula de Livera was scheduled to appear before the Terrorist Investigation Division 21 today, but due to a discussion with the Attorney General and the Bar Association of Sri Lanka, he has informed the TID in writing that he would not come today.
On the 19th, for the first time, the former Attorney General was notified by the Terrorism Investigation Division to come and give a statement. However, a lawyer appeared that day on his behalf
