A 45-year-old Sri Lankan male has succumbed to Covid 19 according to Director-General of Health Services, Anil Jasinghe. The man, a returnee from Kuwait, had been receiving treatment at the Homagama Hospital at the time of his death.
Meanwhile, Sri Lanka’s Covid 19 cases are at 1633 and 822 active cases are receiving treatment in hospitals around the country. 801 patients have recovered and been discharged as well.
