Some provisions of Colombo port city economic commission bill are inconsistent with the Sri Lanka constitution, Speaker Maninda yapa Abeywarsena informed this morning to the parliament.
Presenting the determination of the Supreme Court, he informed Parliament that some inconsistent provicenes need 2/3rd some need even a referendum.
