Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has informed the Russian authorities that the issue related to the Aeroflot flight,which was detained at Katunayake Air port is not a diplomatic issue but a personal legal dispute.
An official from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the Prime Minister had informed the Russian authorities through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that this was a personal legal issue and not a diplomatic issue or an issue related to the diplomatic process.
