The owner and manager of a foreign employment agency that sent Sri Lankans to serve in the Russian military were arrested yesterday (15) by officers of the Special Investigation Division of the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE).
The SLBFE stated that the alleged foreign employment agency had informed job applicants that they would be sent for civil service in the Russian military under tourist visa categories.
