Dr. Chandima Jeewandara of the Molecular Biology Unit of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura has revealed in a Twitter message that as at today four more omicron infections have been found in the country.
He urges the community to take the booster dose of Covid vaccine soon as possible.

He also said that as expected, there were reports of people being infected with the omicron virus in the country.
