The GCE Ordinary Level Examinations are likely to be held in March 2021, Education Minister G.L Peiris said.
The Minister said that if the GCE Ordinary Level examination is held in March, the Examinations Department will issue the results within a period of three months, by June.
The Minister said that the examination is scheduled to be held in March and there will be no need to postpone it further.
Minister G. L. Peiris further stated the move is aimed at giving students the opportunity to start A / L classes from July.
