Indian Navy aircraft locates capsized Chinese fishing vessel, Lupeng Yuanyu 028.

The Indian Navy revealed yesterday (19) that the aircraft they deployed for search operations has located capsized Chinese Fishing vessel Lupeng Yuanyu 028. India deployed its Navy aircraft P81 on the 17th, the day a Chinese fishing vessel went missing with 39 sailors after capsizing in the central part of the Indian Ocean.
During the extensive search, the Indian aircraft spotted a life craft of the troubled vessel and it has been guided another Chinese fishing vessel to the particular area Indian media further reported.

In addition, Indian Navy has relayed the position of the capsized boat to the Chinese Navy.
Yesterday China said that there are 13 vessels carrying out search operations while more teams were pledged by nations to strengthen the search operations.

According to the Chinese media capsized vessel “Lupeng Yuanyu 028” is owned by Penglai Jinglu Fishery based in Shandong province of China. Out of 39 people the crew on board were 17 Chinese nationals, 17 Indonesians, and five Filipinos. So far two bodies have been recovered by the search teams but no clue of others who are missing.
The incident has taken place 700 Nautical miles away from Galle, Sri Lanka
