Secretary to the Ministry of Education Kapila Perera has assured that the examination centers for the Grade 5 scholarship exam commencing tomorrow (11) and the Advanced level examination commencing the day after (12) are safe. All the examination centers were disinfected today.
Officials have requested students to maintain the set guidelines of social distancing, hand washing, and wearing masks. If adhered to correctly, the officials say the students should not fear sitting for the exam.
