The Ministry of Power and Energy has announced that it will auction 14 luxury vehicles, which include six Toyota Land Cruisers.

This decision was made under the directive of Power and Energy Minister Kumara Jayakody, aligning with the government’s policy to reduce unnecessary public expenditure.

The Ministry stated that separate applications must be submitted for each vehicle up for bidding. Applications can be obtained from the Ministry of Power and Energy, and interested bidders will have the opportunity to inspect the vehicles at No. 80, Sir Ernest de Silva Mawatha, Colombo 7.
