Renowned US actor Ron Cephas Jones, celebrated for his impressive career in both stage and screen, has died at the age of 66.
His most notable role as a long-lost father seeking redemption in the television series “This Is Us” garnered him two Emmy Awards.
Jones’s manager confirmed that the actor had been dealing with a long-standing pulmonary issue, and reports suggest that he underwent a double lung transplant in 2020.
