The investigation has revealed that Dinesh Schaffter the leading businessman who was killed recently has reached straight to the Borella Public Cemetery from his home in Flower Road and on the way to buy a snack, he has visited to a major outlet between Borella and Flower Road.
Currently, statements have been obtained from more than 30 people related to the murder. According to the investigative units, in the investigation related to the murder, some of Shafter’s close relatives have also been given close attention.
Meanwhile, investigators have reportedly obtained a lengthy statement from late Mr. Schaffter’s wife Tarni today.
Sources say that the Criminal Investigation Department’s Homicide and Organized Crime Investigation Division has uncovered a very important collection of information in the scientific analysis of the incident.
It is reported that the footage of 42 CCTV systems covering the entire route is currently being studied by the Criminal Investigation Department.
