Five sailors in the Transport Division of the Galle Dakshina Naval base have been infected with Covid 19.
Galle District Regional Epidemiologist Dr. Venura K. Singarachchi said that the new infected were identified from a group of first tier contacts of a naval sailor in the camp who had been placed under quarantine after being diagnosed with Covid 19.
