Cargills Bank has reassured customers and stakeholders following a recent cybersecurity breach, emphasizing that its core operations remain fully secure and functional.

In a statement issued yesterday, the bank acknowledged that an unauthorized party had claimed to have accessed and published certain bank-related data.

The bank’s ongoing investigation confirms that some of its information is among the exposed data.

Upon detecting the incident, Cargills Bank engaged a team of leading international cybersecurity specialists to assist with the response. Their responsibilities include investigating the breach, containing the impact, and strengthening the bank’s cybersecurity framework.
