The Presidential Commission of Inquiry into the Easter Sunday attack in its report has concluded that Bodu Bala Sena (BBS) as an extremist organization and that its activities and ideology were also responsible for the April 21 attack.
It also states that after the attack those carrying out acts of vandalism, damage to property causing public unrest have been identified.
The report further states that these individuals and organizations have been identified as aiding and abetting such acts in the country which have caused racial and religious unrest leading to ethnic and religious upheavals and have hampered the establishment of peace in the society by disrupting social integrity.
