Health Ministry officials have advised the Government to be cautious when exit from the current curfew Deputy Director-General of Health Services Dr Hemantha Herath told today.
Addressing a media briefing Dr Herath said that Health officials believe that country should reopen gradually.
“If the country is going to be fully opened, there could be loopholes that could turn the situation still worse, Hence, it is much appropriate and highly recommended to open up the country gradually, so that we could see whether there are risk factors that could give rise to COVID cases,” Dr. Herath added.
