The hospital authorities have announced that the hospital, where the shortage of medicines has worsened, has fallen into a dire status and is completely dependent on the aid of donors.

Hospital authorities appeal to the public that those who are able to make donations can contact the phone number 0777468503 and get more details.

Hospital sources also indicate that some cancer patients who come to the clinics at the moment do not have medicines in several clinics, so the time they have to live is decreasing very quickly.

However, a hospital spokesperson told Lankasara that they are ready and planning to stage a strong demonstration to feel the weight of the crisis to health officials if the crisis is not resolved within a couple of dates.
