The video, created using AI technology, surfaced between 5:54 pm and 6:04 pm yesterday (27). This video, which has been released as a very important publication of the reorganization of the LTTE organization, is first published by the website TAMIL OLI.
The character portrayed as Dwaraka Prabhakaran addresses the Tamil Eelam people, expressing her honor and delight at the opportunity. She speaks about the historical struggle of the Tamil people and emphasizes the need for a principled political fight for their rights.
