Attorney General Dappula De Livera today directed Acting IGP C.D Wickramaratne to obtain a warrant for the arrest of Former Minister and MP Rishard Bathiudeen on charges of Criminal Misappropriation of Public Funds and Violation of Election Laws with regard to the transportation of IDPs in SLTB buses to vote at the 2019 Presidential Election.
