Three players who are in Birmingham England to to represent the Sri Lanka in the 22nd Commonwealth Games have been escaped and gone missing from the team.
According to the reports a player and an official of the Sri Lankan judo team went missing earlier and the third missing was a wrestler.
He was scheduled to compete in the first round of the wrestling match on August 6. He was infected with Covid.
He was transferred to the Commonwealth Sports Medicine Center after being confirmed to be infected with Covid in the Covid test.
He has been discharged from the medical center following the when the second Covid test and had gone missing.
However he was found to be missing when the Sri Lanka team management came to pick him up from the centre.
