The Central province Director of Health’s Office says 604 persons have been quarantined from Kandy.
Among them are 442 from Bogambara, 06 from Pallekele, 93 from the Department of Agriculture, and 63 from the Gannoruwa Service Training Institute.
Health officials say special investigations are still underway to trace other individuals who have had close contact with Covid 19 infected patients.
