The Ministry of Health has started issuing smart vaccination cards to those who have received the Covid vaccine who are expecting to go abroad.
He said that the smart vaccination card will be issued only to those who go abroad and that the card will be issued to the person concerned within a week upon request.
He said that accurate data should be provided at the time of vaccination and that the issuance of this card was supported by the World Health Organization and ICTA in Sri Lanka.
He said that more than 1000 people have applied for the smart vaccination card.
