Xiteb has been presented two awards at National ICT Awards 2022. The first award was for its own
corporate website under ICT services solutions in business services category, whereas the Xiteb
website was recognized as the best leads generating engine for Xiteb which provides the most of its
business leads due to its amazing SEO friendliness for any possible keyword searched by potential
clients. Xiteb was also awarded for its CSR project, hodabass.lk.

Xiteb has been recognized by many national & international bodies in the past such as SLT Zero One
for digital excellence in year 2016/17 and 2017/18, The BizAwards – USA in 2018, 2019 and also
2021, Luxury Awards – USA for UX excellence and also two awards at BestWeb.lk, for its overall
business operations excellence, creativity, processes & many more. “Such achievements are only with
a team who has a stable mindset, loyalty and a higher commitment. But with the prevailing situation
of the Sri Lankan job market, it’s really challenging for all the companies to recruit the right
candidates with the right knowledge even though many candidates are equipped with a degree as most
of them are lacking practical exposure. It’s high time for respective authorities to initiate and
introduce a new policy for the software industry.” Xiteb CEO – Dr. Dhanesh R. Jayathilaka stated.
