The person insulted two traffic police officers when he was stopped for a traffic offence, has surrendered to the Mirihana police today. Police took steps to arrest him after a video footage of his behaviour , went viral in social media. The incident has taken place at Delkanda yesterday.
The suspect is a resident of Matara area and he has been running a salon in Nugegoda are Police said.
He is going to be produced in Nugegoda court today.
