Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe is to hold a second round of talks with the leaders of the ten independent political groupings in Parliament today.
The discussion will centre around the 21st amendment to the constitution. The SLPP membership had expressed its opposition to the 21st amendment to the constitution.
The draft amendment will be presented to the party leaders tomorrow.
