State Minister for Prevention of Infectious Diseases and Covid Control Dr. Sudarshani Fernandopulle says that she is disappointed with the step motherly treatment by the SLPP and will decide whether or not to engage in politics in the future.
Speaking on Hiru TV’s “Hard Talk” feature, she said that she was being subjected to various injustices by the Party despite being a member of it.
Responding to a question from journalist Dilan Mayadunna who conducted the program, she said that although she had obtained membership of the People’s Alliance from the Sri Lanka Freedom Party, some people would not accept this membership, although she regretted it.
However, she stated that she had no intention of changing the party and compelled to think about to leaving from politics
