The deceased is a 24-year-old student named Tishan Kularatne.

This student was also talented in extra-curricular activities, having worked as the deputy prefect during the school period.

At the time of his death, this student had won the award for the best student of the year in the first, second and third years at the university.

He has worked very amicably with the students studying at the university by teaching them the missed lessons.

According to the classmates that went in search of the deceased student, a bandage was discovered around the student’s neck with one end of it attached to a cupboard within the room.

The Belarusian police are investigating whether the student committed suicide or died from another cause.
