Paddy Marketing Board is set to release their rice stocks to the market under PMB Brand. Rice will be launched to the market from tomorrow (27).
The rice will be sold in bags of 5 and 10 kg.

Neil de Alwis, Chairman of the Paddy Marketing Board, said that the CWE outlets are expected to issue 10,000 metric tons of rice per month on market demand and to sell the rice below the control price.
The bags will be available at three outlets belonging to the Food Promotion Board, a shop opened by the Ministry of Agriculture and shops of the National Livestock Development Board in the Colombo District from tomorrow, the Board said.
