No documents damaged in Sri Lanka’s Supreme Court fire

Police said no damage has been caused to the Supreme Court registry or any other documentation during the fire that broke out in the Supreme Court complex today (15). According to Police Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana it has been confirmed that no damage had been caused to court records and documents. 

The Fire brigade had to deploy nine fire trucks and crew to bring the fire under control. Three Police teams have also been deployed to find the cause of the fire.
