The Lady Ridgeway Children’s Hospital has requested the Ministry of Health to provide at least five buses to bring the staff to the hospital.
The Deputy Director of the hospital, Dr. Santhushitha Senapathi stated that these requests were made to the Ministry of Health as the treatment of the children could be completely disrupted due to the inability of the hospital staff to come to the hospital due to the fuel problem.

He points out that if these buses are provided for 5 main routes, it will be possible to run the hospital without any interruption.
