A 10 month old infant admitted to the Lady Ridgeway Hospital has tested positive for Covid 19. The child had been admitted on Wednesday (07) as she was suffering from fever. A PCR test had confirmed the child had contracted Covid 19 and was later transferred to the IDH for treatment. According to hospital sources, the child was admitted to the hospital under a Minuwangoda address.
