In a harrowing incident near Perth, Australia, a house collapsed following the destructive path of a wildfire that swept through the property. Residents in Parkerville, located to the east of Perth, were urgently issued an emergency warning to evacuate immediately due to a significant threat to life.
The Western Australia Fire and Emergency Services reported that the threat level in the area has now been downgraded to a “Watch and Act” status after the fire was successfully contained. Despite the containment efforts, the incident left a trail of destruction.
Local media outlets have reported that two individuals in Parkerville sustained minor injuries during the ordeal and are currently undergoing treatment in a hospital.
