The man who had fled during the quarantine at the Periyakadu Quarantine Center in Vavuniya has been arrested by the Army in Mannar yesterday (12).

He was quarantined on August 31 at the Pompamadu Periyakadu Quarantine Center in Qatar, which was overseen by the Army. He had fled the camp on the night of the 11th.
Army officers had continued to search for him.He was arrested at the Mannar Southbar Railway Station and taken back to the Quarantine Center.
