Health sector has decided to conduct a large number of PCR and rapid antigen tests across the country on the 30th of November which is the 14th day following the mass protest organized by the main opposition Samagi Jana Balawegaya, Reliable health sources revealed.
It is said that all the Divisional Medical Officers’ Divisions at the Ministry level have been informed to organize this level of antigen from the 14th day of the Samagi Janabalawegaya protest.
It is reported that the ongoing investigations have been instructed to be carried out at that level. According to the health department sources the current rapid antigen and PCR tests are limited to a very small number.
Accordingly, it has been revealed that a large number of Covid infections are to be reported from the country on November 30.
