These allegations include the disappearance of 28 gold statues, the theft of 38 kilograms of gold, the illegal sale of prime land belonging to the temple, the kidnapping of two elephants, and numerous other criminal activities.

Pradeep Nilanga, who has held the position for nearly two decades, is accused of being involved in a series of corrupt actions, including the sale of valuable land and theft of temple property. The complaint also mentions the disappearance of two elephants during his tenure and the illegal exploitation of animals.
