The Lady Ridgeway Children’s Hospital in Borella has so far identified 150 infants infected with corona according to the Director of the hospital, Dr G. Wijesuriya.
An 18-month-old baby boy who was being treated at the hospital for Covid 19 died yesterday, he said, adding that the delay in admitting him to hospital resulted in his death.
