The Pink Auto Shop has been awarded the title of “The Most Popular Detailing Center in Sri Lanka” at the prestigious BWIO Business Conference and Awards 2023, organized by the Business World International Organization. This accolade highlights the company’s rapid rise and significant impact on the automotive detailing industry in Sri Lanka since its founding in 2018.

The journey of The Pink Auto Shop began out of sheer passion for automotive detailing and with an insightful recognition of a gap in the local market, The Pink Auto Shop set out to segregate detailing services from mechanical maintenance, thereby catering to the unmet demand in the industry. Collaborating with top international brands such as RUPES Italy, Gtechniq UK, STEK USA, JAX WAX USA, and SGBC China swiftly enhanced its reputation as a pioneer in the field. In 2019, The Pink Auto Shop unveiled the BigFoot Detailing Center in Sri Lanka, marking the first establishment of a globally recognized auto detailing standard in the country. Breaking gender barriers, the company has paved the way for more inclusive opportunities by being the first company in the detailing industry to recognize and empower female talent through the introduction of female detailers.

The establishment of The Pink Academy, the country’s first and only automotive detailing academy accredited by the Sri Lankan government’s TVEC Institute (Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission), marks a significant contribution to the industry. The academy offers NVQ Level 4 Certification and an internationally recognized RUPES Detailing Certificate Program through its authorized RUPES Training Centre. In five years, The Pink Auto Shop has not only risen to the top of the industry but also expanded its reach with the opening of a second center, which is now the largest detailing facility in South Asia. Nestled in a lush, green environment, this state-of-the-art center boasts the latest technology and extensive facilities, including ample parking space, designed to cater to the sophisticated needs of Sri Lankan automobile owners.

The continuous growth and success of The Pink Auto Shop in the industry can be attributed to its steadfast commitment combined with a warm and personalized approach to customer service. Moreover, their innovative and creative mindset has given rise to “The Pinkfest,” Sri Lanka’s most popular and interactive motor show, and the implementation of novel experiences like drive-in cinemas and spectacular car parades.

The Pinkfinity Loyalty Scheme is another feather in their cap, which has completely redefined the customer service experience in the automotive detailing sector by offering unmatched and unlimited services to their loyal clientele. Since its inception in 2018, The Pink Auto Shop has spearheaded a revolution in the automotive detailing industry in Sri Lanka. Its success has transcended borders, attracting international attention and amassing a significant social media following through organic growth. Driven by an unwavering commitment to excellence and its passion for perfection, the company has risen to become the most iconic brand in the country’s automotive detailing sector.
