President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has appointed Anura Karunathilaka as the Minister of Energy.
Accordingly, Anura Karunathilaka was sworn in as the Minister of Energy before the President at the Presidential Secretariat this afternoon (20).
In addition to the Energy portfolio, he also serves as the Minister of Ports and Civil Aviation. Secretary to the President, Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake, was also present at the event.
