The Colombo High Court has scheduled a session for next Monday (25) to deliberate on the revision petition filed by former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella, who is currently remanded in custody, seeking release on bail.
Today (22), the petition was brought before Colombo High Court Judge Sujeewa Nishanka. Deputy Solicitor General Lakmini Girihagama, representing the Attorney General, informed the court of not having received the necessary documents related to the petition.
Consequently, the judge instructed the petitioner to provide the relevant documents to the Attorney General. Following this, the court ordered the petition to be reconsidered next Monday (25) for further examination.
