Fishing vessel caught with a load of heroin taken to Galle !

The multi day vessel which was apprehended along with 175KG of heroin and 06 suspects was brought to Galle harbour ttoday .
The multi-day vessel and 06 persons arrested in the international sea screen about 235 nautical miles from the south coast screen along with 175 kg of heroin drugs worth about 3.5 billion rupees were brought to Galle port today (17).

Navy, Police Narcotics Unit, State Intelligence Service jointly identified this drug stock in a special raid.

There are about 235 nautical miles from Hambantota on the south coast. According to the information of the State Intelligence Department, the Diyambedi Navy followed these vessels and arrested 06 suspects along with the drug stock.
This is a multi-day cruise on the last 20th day from Kuduwella Dhiwara Port to Sea Resources. It is said that this drug stock will be brought from Pakistan and it is said that the people who went on the multi-day cruise have got this drug stock in the international sea screen.

The Navy says that during the year 2023, more than 3000 kilos of narcotics such as narcotics, ice, kerapa ganja etc. have been arrested along with the smugglers.

This drug stock was seized in a special raid conducted jointly by the Navy, the Police Narcotics Bureau and the State Intelligence Service.

According to the information of the State Intelligence Department, the Navy pursued this vessel in Diyambedi area, which is about 235 nautical miles from Hambantota on the south coast screen and arrested 06 suspects along with the drug cargo.

This multi-day cruise has sailed from Kudavella fishing harbor on the 20th. It is said that this stock of drugs is to be brought from Pakistan and it is said that the people who went on the multi-day cruise received this stock of drugs at the international sea screen.
