Universities have been granted approval to open up with the students capacity of 50 percent, The Chairman of the University Grants Commission Prof. Sampath Amaratunga said. All students will be notified about their attendance by the universities, he further said. Until now, university students have been taken to universities at 25 percent of capacity.
