The Polish media has further reported the arrest of four Syrians, three Bangladeshi nationals, and three Ukrainian nationals who were aiding their attempt to enter Poland.

As illegal border crossings surge this year, the Polish government has already detained over 500 individuals on charges of facilitating such actions. Poland’s border guard chief has stated that a staggering 19,000 people have attempted to cross the border illicitly since January. This figure starkly contrasts with the 16,000 such attempts recorded throughout the entirety of the previous year.

In response to this escalating situation, the Verso administration has taken decisive action by deploying an additional 2,000 security personnel to bolster border security.
