No lockdown but plans to enhance online activities in next fortnight!

Government is considering re introducing  the online system for school and public services for two weeks starting Monday sources said. However the decisions are yet to make following some discussions today.  Meanwhile requests from some ministers to lock down the country for two weeks ahead of fuel shortage have been declined by both the  President Gotabaya Rajapaksa and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe sources further said.

The President and the PM have stressed that there was no necessity of the country going for total lock down or curfew due to the  shortage of fuel, as more fuel shipments were expected to arrive in  next week.
